The Launch of New BMW X6

BMW confirmed news of the X6 at the New York Auto Show. BMW AG says they will build the new model X6 starting in 2008. The BMW X6 will be based on the new redesign 5 series platform, the same platform that is used in the current BMW X5. According to BMW the new X6 will be classified as a "Sport Activity Coupe", this design could be similar to Mercedes-Benz CLS Class.
